The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading a team charged with safely managing receiving, shipping, storing, put-away andEducation and
Experience:
Associate degree or B.
S.
degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Equivalent extensive warehousing and logistics experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing warehousing operations in a multi-temperature, multi-site food industry environment.
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Sound understanding and experience with shipping and receiving processes of LTL, FTL and parcel deliveries.
High level, critical thinker capable of leading a team to develop understanding of root causes while collectively working towards solutions.
Strong interpersonal abilities, communication skills, analytical capabilities, and customer service experience desired.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen sense of urgency required.
Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and make fact-based decisions/recommendations.
Able to see the bigger picture and work collaboratively with other business partners to accomplish the common goal.
Proficient with WMS/IMS, MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel preferred, Power BI desirable) and ERP systems (MS D365 preferred).
Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
