The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team charged with safely managing inventory and office adminisEducation and
Experience:
A.
S degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing high performing teams.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing inventory control and office operations in a multi-temperature food manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal abilities, communication skills, analytical capabilities, and customer service experience desired.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen sense of urgency required.
Comfortable with developing and presenting out topics to various groups including leadership.
Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and make fact-based decisions/recommendations.
Able to see the bigger picture and work collaboratively with other business partners to accomplish the common goal.
Proficient with WMS/IMS, MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel preferred, Power BI desirable) and ERP systems (MS D365 preferred).
Additional experience/training in process improvement (Six Sigma or other technique), critical problem solving, and project management desired.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
