The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
They manage sales processes, data analysis, and technology tools to support sales goals.
By analyzing sales data, they identify trends, forecast sales, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
RequirementsFUNCTIONS:
o Develop and optimize sales team to achieve goals and drive organization growth.
o Manage CRM systems and implementations.
o Interface with technical teams.
o Facilitate, oversee, and manage customer order fulfillment.
o Develop and enhance customer relationships.
o Develop, implement, and manage the sales process.
o Be involved in organizational sales forecasting and metrics.
o Work closely with management, sales, and engineering to identify and meet organizational goals.
o Ensure alignment between sales strategies and organizational objectives.
o Create and manage CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency.
o Analyze sales data and trends to identify potential new opportunities.
o Manage sales team to support fulfillment process.
o Oversee entire work order process.
o Collaborate with sales team to understand customer expectations.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
o Strong work ethic.

o Proven experience in Sales Operations Management.

o Strong technical aptitude and the ability to read engineering drawings.
o Self-starting with the ability to work independently.
o Bachelor's Degree preferred.
o 5
years' experience in Sales Operations Management.
o 3-5 years' experience in OEM Manufacturing.
o Proven track record of sales success in a related industry.
o Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
o Knowledge of CAD software and ability to interpret and understand OEM's.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
o Ability to travel 50% of the time.
